Thermomix girl

I am a 21st-century girl who has never had any interest in the art of oooking. When I used to live with my parents I wasn't interested in it. Studying, going out with friends and travelling were my main interests. Cooking was never one of them. It's true that I spent more than a year studying abroad, but I survived by eatng pasta and canned food. Food wasn't a problem for me - I used to do so many things during the day that eating wasn't a priority. It was just a matter of survival. Of course, Living in Italy was a good choice for eating pasta and learning how to make the perfect pasta dish, and so that was no problem. It was so easy that anyone could do it.

Then something happened  that would change my life. Some relatives gave me a Thermomix as a present , an appliance that I had never paid any attention to. In my opinion,  it was only for boring  housewives, and obviously I didn’t want to be associated with that. It wasn’t my style.

Now I think how stupid I was. The Thermomix  has changed my life completely. A new world has been opened in front of  my eyes. A new  dawn. As they say in their  advertising: now  I’m a different person. I’m able to cook almost anything. And the two most important things: my  20-month-old son is not going to die from starvation  and my marriage has been saved.

Now I tell everybody about the  virtues and excellent features of this machine. When I do, they all start laughing at me. That’s because my friends know that I used to be a mess in these things. But something has changed in my life – all you have to do is come over for dinner to see for yourself!
